Ghana’s national football team, the Black Stars, has faced a terrible moment as head coach Otto Addo and several technical team members were involved in a car accident.
The incident happened on Sunday, September 1, 2024, on the Tarkwa-Takoradi route and included two members: assistant coach John Paintsil and goalkeeper’s trainer Fatawu Dadua.

The accident came up when the three were claimed to be returning from Tarkwa after watching the Champions of Champions match between Premier League winner Samartex and Nsoatreman held on Saturday August 31.
